Developmental

On Thursday mornings we do Developmental with rooms 3, 3A and 5. The aim of this is to foster, practice and reinforce the key competencies of the NZ Curriculum such as - Thinking, Using language, Managing self, Relating to Others, Participating and Contributing. Some of the learning intentions of Developmental are - to work cooperatively with the equipment and each other; to use the equipment appropriately; to share activities; to make good choices; to be a good friend; to explore and discover new things. You will see from the photos that the sandpit, dress up boxes, the family corner and the shop are big favourites with Room 4!.....
